Spaghetti Zoodles!!

A few weeks ago I purchased a spiralizer. It has been a tool worth its weight. When we aren’t in the mood for cooking or don’t really have the time, we will make zucchini or squash noodles, throw some low carb spaghetti sauce on top (I’m lazy and buy store-bought), mix some bacon bits in, and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.  I hate to admit it but we probably make this easy dish once a week on tough weeknights.

My significant other was kind enough to take charge of simmering the zucchini noodles this week. He tends to be a bit liberal with the spaghetti sauce …

These zoodles are incredibly versatile and can be used in place of actual spaghetti pasta per your preferences.
